A passionate researcher dedicated to advancing Bioinformatics and AI.

I am Dr. Ghulam Ali, holding a Ph.D. (Doctor of Engineering) in Computer Software and Theory from Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China (2020), awarded under the prestigious CSC Full Scholarship.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Information Technology Centre, Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam, my research focuses on human disease pathway network modeling and biological pathway databases discovery powered by Artificial Intelligence.

I have authored extensive work on the Prediction of Pathway Related Protein, Drug and Disease Association based on Complex Networks, AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning — publishing over 31 SCI articles and 05 ESCI articles in high-impact journals.

Present Research Work

Presently working on human protein sequences using machine learning. As the volume and accessibility of Bioinformatics data increases, ML plays a crucial role in diagnosis, structuring, normalizing, and analyzing biological data. Focus areas include precision diagnosis using genomic sequencing, early-stage cancer detection, and advanced cardiac visualization with custom ML/DL models.
